Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (01202 780 780). Outside these hours, we operate a 24-hour emergency service through vetted contractors covering electrical, plumbing, drainage, locksmiths and fire alarm callouts. Our head office is in Bournemouth and we manage blocks primarily across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown and the wider Dorset and Hampshire area. If your property is outside this area, please contact us and we will let you know whether we are able to assist.

Leaseholders pay their share as set out in their lease either in one annual payment or in installments.
