A service charge is the annual sum collected from leaseholders to cover the costs of managing, maintaining and insuring the common parts of a building. At the start of each year, we prepare a detailed budget for your block covering items such as building insurance, cleaning, gardening, lift maintenance, management fees and a reserve fund for future major works. Leaseholders pay their share as set out in their lease either in one annual payment or in installments.
