We like to think we provide and exceptional service to clients, but because we do not rest on our laurels we will be very much focusing on providing even better customer service in 2020.

We are working with our excellent new training provider, highly-regarded, Hampshire-based Zest Consultancy, to help our dedicated team deliver this.

All staff are undergoing full training with Zest, followed by regular refreshers, to make sure they fully understand our clients’ needs, meet your expectations and are able to handle any situation, no matter how difficult.

Our aim is to create a situation where we have a ‘one-stop-shop’ operation in that all members of our team will be able to wholly handle any enquiry without needing to refer to colleagues.

Serving clients diligently is our number one priority – and later in the year we will be asking you to help us measure our standards yourselves by taking part in customer surveys. Your feedback is important to us in measuring success.
