Directors Training Session 29^th November 2022

Around 80 directors from various blocks of flats attended Rebbeck Brothers first training session for Block Directors. The meeting which was held via Zoom 29^th November was the first in a series of training sessions aimed at assisting resident directors in understanding their role and as part of the decision making process. Further sessions are planned which will include, fire safety, insurance, enforcement of leasehold covenants, budgeting and understanding accounts and reports.
